Can I order catering the same day as my event?
We ask for orders to be placed at least 48 hours before your event - but we will do our best to accommodate any last minute requests. Just reach out to firstname.lastname@example.org, and we’ll see what we can do!
How do I place a pick-up catering order?
Once you have placed your order, you can select the "PICK UP" option to collect at Terror Twilight. You'll need to leave us a note in the comment section regarding your preferred pickup time.
Can I place an order over email or the phone?
We request all orders to be placed via our website. This helps us ensure a more seamless and secure ordering process. Any questions, you can always reach us at email@example.com.
Is there a minimum purchase?
We accept pick-up catering orders of any sizes. For delivery, there is minimum of $100.
I’d like to order catering for more than 40 people. What are my options?

FOOD & SETUP
How many sandwiches come in a box?
Our sandwich boxes contain 4 sandwiches cut into8 half’s. We recommend 1 sandwich per person.
How many people does the salad box feed?
All of our salad trays feed 4 people.
How is the food packaged?
All of our catering is served in family style trays & bowls ,or if requested we offer ceramics at a hire cost. Please email email@example.com for ceramic hire.
Will your team help set up my order?
Absolutely, will do our best to help set up your event.
What vegan/gluten-free/soy-free options do you have?
We try to have catering options that accommodate everyone’s dietary needs. You can see allergens in the descriptions of all our menu items (and on our new line cards!). If you have additional questions about ingredients, please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
DELIVERY & PAYMENT
When should I request delivery drop-off if my event starts at XX AM/PM?
Please leave a note in the comments section for delivery windows of 15 minutes (ex: 12:00-12:15 PM) We recommend choosing an earlier window to allow for food set-up.
What if my address is outside your delivery zone?
While we can’t 100% guarantee delivery to out-of-zone locations, feel free to check with us. Please note there may be an additional delivery cost for this request.
How do I make edits to my order?
Once you have completed and sent an order no changes can be made through the website. Please contact us by email or phone to make any changes.
What is your cancellation policy?
We totally understand - Email us at email@example.com, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your scheduling changes. We do charge 50% of your order’s total for cancellations within 24 hours of your scheduled pick-up/delivery time, but there are no charges for cancellations with more than a day’s notice. The more heads-up we have, the better. Thanks!
